Nicole Ives
Lead instructor, consultant, and Intricate Learning founder

Nicole Ives is a passionate educator and Microsoft Office Certified Trainer with more than 20 years of teaching experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems.

Nicole’s teaching style grounds people in fundamental Microsoft Office tools, no matter their skill level or learning style. She’s worked with individuals, businesses, and government agencies teaching technology and financial skills and streamlining workflows.

Nicole’s commitment to uplifting and motivating students of all ages and backgrounds fuels her desire to go above and beyond. Her dedication to research and preparation keeps her up to date on trends in this fast-moving world.
